University Settlement welcomed Daily News reporter Meredith Kolodner to our after-school program at P.S. 636 for a visit with the principal, Danika Lacroix, and the Settlement's director of after-school programs, Tameeka Ford Norville!  This is the second year that the program has been in place in this high-needs neighborhood, and the results are astounding:  close to 100% of students participate in after-school programming, test scores are up and family participation is at an all-time high.  Ms. Kolodner was able to speak with some students and parents who had nothing but praise for the program.
